22 Mar 2019

Dear friends, broadcasters, operators and integrators! Stream Labs company takes a part in NAB Show 2019 in Las-Vegas and will be glad to see you at booth #SL7425. We will show our well-known MultiScreen monitoring system and MultiRec compliance recording. You will also take a look into new features of VPlay playout and VRec ingest.

Until 24.03.2019 you can register to visit NAB Show for free with our guest pass code LV2955. See you there!

MultiScreen is well-known mosaic solution and a quality control system for video production facilities and broadcast operators. Today it supports several useful features like Service Rotator allowing round-robin switching of monitoring sources. Other new possibilities include saving a frame if a “frozen” event occurs, detecting on-screen messages from a STB by three pre-defined visual patterns and others. MultiScreen now natively supports SNMP messages from Sumavision and Nevion products. If you use Stream Labs VPlay, MultiScreen displays a playout channel status over mosaic.

MultiRec is a compliance recording solution which supports wide range of input sources. It is enhanced with the following new features. Schedule Export allows exporting segmented archived video to external disks. Now Motion Detector can leave marks on the timeline for detected events. Teletext can be recorded as on-screen graphics. If MultiRec records a multi-program stream, the stream can be played later as a mosaic frame by frame.

VPlay is a channel-in-a-box playout which supports UDP, HLS, MPEG-DASH, RTMP, RTSP. With VPlay you can use AJA, Blackmagic and DekTec input cards and enjoy NewTek NDI. VPlay supports video inset switched by DTMF or SCTE-35. VPlay can be integrated as a part of OPLAN automation solution.

VRec is an ingest solution which supports MP4, AVI, MOV, MXF containers and H.264 4:2:0, Mpeg-2 4:2:0, DVCProHD, Apple Pro Res HD/SD HQ/LT/NQ/Proxy 4:2:2 compression standards. Recording can be performed manually or by schedule. VTRs are also supported.

Automation solution OPLAN now supports LUFS sound control and VPlay Channel-in-a-box intergration. Recent days OPLAN was upgraded with flexible system for generating on-screen graphics from playlist metadata allowing announcements, tagging, shifting in-outs, making rules for content categories etc.
